Programme Highlights

 

5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) is a systematic approach to housekeeping and clarity of organization in the workplace which is originated from Japan.  The technical talk will provide an introduction of 5S and its relationship with safety.  In addition, there will be experience sharing in the context of Hong Kong for the implementation of 5S as well as the certification process of HKQAA-5S.

 

Speaker

 

Mr Roger Lai is an Auditor of Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency.  He is both a Registered Safety Officer (RSO) and Registered Safety Auditor (RSA) registered in the Labour Department.  He is a Corporate member of the Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, UK (IOSH) and a registered member in the American Conferences for Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH).
